Terms of Use

Version 3 · effective 2026-10-27

Kodok summarizes the news and links to where it came from.

Use it for yourself, lawfully, and don’t abuse it.

Answers can be wrong: check what matters.

The Service

Kodok makes a daily brief from published news, blogs and, if you connect it, Reddit, and links every story to its sources. The news is free; Kodok Plus adds features (see the subscription terms).

Using Kodok

Use Kodok for your own reading. Don’t try to get around its limits, read other people’s data, overload it, or copy its content at scale. Kodok may suspend an account that does.

Content and Answers

Stories and answers are written with AI from the sources they cite, and can be wrong or out of date. Check the sources for anything that matters. Kodok isn’t medical, legal or financial advice.

Articles belong to their publishers and Reddit posts to their authors; Kodok shows short summaries and links to them.

Apple’s Terms

Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement applies where these terms say nothing, and Apple isn’t responsible for Kodok.

Ending

You can stop using Kodok and delete your account in Settings at any time. The privacy policy says what happens to your data.
